I would avoid this school at all costs. They practice extremely unfair hiring and firing practices that are far from reflecting the Catholic values that they are supposed to uphold. Last year for example they fired a senior member of staff for no apparent reason other than she was a senior member and probably making a higher salary level. This year, during the holiday season I just got word that they let another friend of mine go who worked for them for over 10 years at sub standard rates for his industry. And they replaced his single meager billings (as a contracted employee) with two much more expensive marketing firms in New York. How did this get board approval from a school that was 70,000 dollars in debt? Yes these are the random acts of kindness that Notre Dame College of Cleveland, Dr. Roth and the staff practices. I would suggest John Carol, or any other college but would never give Notre Dame a dime of my children's tuition.
